Dr Van Eck took her time and paid attention to what I said and why I pointed to where my pain was and today is the first day I'm at work without any pain in my leg after 2 years I'm glad I was referred to her.

The doctor was knowledgeable and explained my options in great detail. She checked for understanding and she even drew me a picture of my knee to understand what she planned to do during surgery. The staff was helpful and let me know that there would be a long wait. During my wait they checked in on me and let me know they had not forgotten about me.
My first visit was explained to me thoroughly the pain I was suffering. I was given an injection. My second visit was brief and nothing was done except to follow up if I have the same pain. Only the waiting time that I have concerns.

Dr Tan took the time to listen to what I had to say. He then clearly explained what I needed to accomplish before he was ready to perform surgery. The follow-up appointment - to ascertain my progress - was set immediately. It was a great combination of respect for patient, efficiency and competence. Would totally recommend.
Dr Tan is very knowledgeable and polite and answers your questions. I highly recommend him for anyone experiencing hip and knee problems.

I’m really happy with all the treatment I ve beings Erving from Doctors Timothy , I want to say thank you to him, the only issue I had was on Visalia office that I rescheduled an appointment tha one I had 10/6/22 to 10/9/22 and I recibe the confirmation and the 9th the receptionist didn’t let me see the doctor she rescheduled again over a month later so I’ve on pain for more than a month, I made a coment to Timothy and he couldn’t understood, why, that’s the only complaint I have.

The office staff as well as the medical assistants treat me great they are very helpful and efficient as well as efficient. I have been treated by Dr. Livermore as well as Dr. Tan. They both listen as well as explain. My medical treatment that I have received have been excellent. I do recommend this group to my friends and family.
Dr was caring and an excellent dr.
I made an appointment 3 months ago in Visalia. Arrived at 0745. Front desk said I didn't have an appointment there that it had been moved to Porterville. I was never advised of that change. Front desk said it wasn't her fault but mine. Said she would call and advise Pville that I would be in there later that day. She didn't make the call. Very rude. The Pville staff and Dr Tan are a great and I recommend the to anyone.
