Amanda is always a pleasure to speak with been knowing the Arc and the psych services even before Allies. There is one thing since Allies that I have been dealing with is obtain 1 script for a PRN that I cannot seem to get for one of my individuals and I need to maybe now take it a stop further perhaps because its not falling on deaf ear.
Amanda is always very patient with my individual who has a speech problem.
