Amanda Bernal is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Clinical Supervisor in Arizona with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings and specializes in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges.
