Amanda Brashear, PMHNP

Amanda Brashear is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with more than 23 years of professional nursing experience. She is recognized for providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care that is grounded in evidence-based practice, therapeutic partnership, and whole-person healing. Amanda earned her doctoral degree and served on faculty at Indiana University, where she taught baccalaureate-level nursing for six years, developing future clinicians and advancing academic excellence in the nursing profession. Her clinical approach integrates clinical expertise, empathy, collaboration, and empowerment — helping individuals navigate challenges, build sustainable mental wellness, and achieve meaningful outcomes across the lifespan.
