Though, 10 years later; I am still under their care. Amanda has been there to assist with my CPTSD, Anxiety and ADHD. Without her persistent help I would not be able to function as normal. The help is huge when you find what worksShow more. Please let everyone know. There is no shame in having mental issues. But it's a bigger risk when you can't function and won't admit there is something wrong because of ego. Sad thing is many does and hurt not only themselves but others along the way. Thanks. Amanda E.

After my first full in-person visit with Downtown Psychiatric Services, I couldn’t be more pleased. I have a complicated medical history, and I was impressed by the time spent listening, asking questions, and truly understanding my concerns. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. The entire experience was professional, compassionate, and welcoming. I feel very confident that I chose the right practice. Five stars without hesitation!

I’ve been seeing Amanda for almost a year. Very easy to talk to and can tell she cares. She lets me talk and has conversation about me and my life making sure my medication is working as needed and adjusting where needed. Very easy to access through messages and responsive. The best healthcare provider I have ever had! Amanda Eaves takes the time to listen to what’s going on, explains next steps and possible options, and gets your feedback. It would be wonderful if the Memphis area had practitioners in other healthcare specialties (ObGYN, general, etc) that are even close to her level of exceptionalism. Plus all of her office staff is so friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough positive things.
