The best healthcare provider I have ever had! Amanda Eaves takes the time to listen to what’s going on, explains next steps and possible options, and gets your feedback. It would be wonderful if the Memphis area had practitioners Show morein other healthcare specialties (ObGYN, general, etc) that are even close to her level of exceptionalism. Plus all of her office staff is so friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough positive things.

Downtown psychiatric services are fantastic,from the front desk to the nurse and Amanda Eaves(Jordan,Alexis and Casie) it is a pleasure to book and appointment.I have had to call them several times when I was at the pharmacy to pick up my meds and they were able to smooth everything out! I can’t imagine there is a better doctor than Amanda. She takes times to listen to you to give her opinion. Ask your opinion find out what else is going on in your life that might be causing the symptoms before she makes a diagnosis. She just doesn’t hand out pills for the heck of it. She is always courteous, kind understanding, and empathetic. To me this is just so much more than I have seen in doctors in the past that there is absolutely no comparison. She listens to all of my concerns and very knowledgeable about the various medication options. She was very thorough on describing her reasoning for selecting a new medication and went through the all of the possible side effects so that I was well informed.
Amanda is very good at her job! She asesses our emotional needs and pharmaceutical answers swiftly and efficiently. She lets us manage our meds ourselves for maximum benefit throughout the day and is always open to questions, suggestions and different options along the way. She’s incredible. I highly recommended her to my friends and they, too, are very happy w her care. I’m grateful for her talent and skills, but mostly her humanity. She’s awesome.
