Cognitive Therapy doesn't drag up the problems of the past. It deals with thoughts and emotions of the present day. I treat adults, couples and families learning to cope with marital issues, emotional transitions, addictions, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, anxiety and stage of life concerns. I have a wide variety of experience and thirty years in the field utilizing several different modalities including Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Biomedical Therapy. I feel blessed to be able help my clients while being surrounded by the beauty of the Northwest in Southern Oregon.
