Dr. Amanpreet (Aman) Saini is a board-eligible candidate in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Medicine. He is a dedicated interventional pain physician at Advanced Pain Management serving the Arizona region.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Before pursuing medicine, he worked as an engineer in the healthcare field. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Northwestern Medicine followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
Dr. Saini specializes in diagnosing and treating various pain conditions located in the spine, peripheral joints, and other musculoskeletal etiologies. In addition to treating pain, Dr. Saini focuses on enhancing the quality of life and restoring function in individuals. He aims to provide personalized care with a multidisciplinary approach. As a native of the Chicago land area, Dr. Saini has been delighted to have swapped the snow with the Arizona heat. His hobbies include watching Food Network and attempting to convince his wife at home that he is a good cook. He also likes to travel.

I've had neck surgery, back surgery and knee replacement. Mike has guided me through all of it... providing pain management, testing and referrals to great surgeons. You will always get individualized care from him, not a one size fits all approach. A heartfelt THANKS!
Mike is personable and easy talk too! He knows your case before he enters the exam room, and always has a smile which he shares upon entering. He peruses your file folder and asks, “How are things going since your last visit,” and “what can we do for you today? We discuss all the old and new pain areas and what has to be done prior to a surgical injection in your back. I’ve only been seeing him since January 2025, and I learned that there are doctors and Physicians Assistant, that really want to help you live your best life. He stays on top of your case and makes suggestions so that you achieve the biggest effects for your injury. I was hoping he’d move somewhat local and could commute. Much to my chagrin, he is moving out of the area. As for me, he will truly be missed every month that I check into pain management!
