I have been a therapist for about 15 years specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm, trauma and other other mental health disorders. I have a compassionate and evidence based approach , and have dedicated my career to helping individuals learn to navigate the complexities of mental health challenges.
