I have been a therapist for about 15 years specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm, trauma and other other mental health disorders. I have a compassionate and evidence based approach , and have dedicated my career to helping individuals learn to navigate the complexities of mental health challenges. My expertise spans both residential and outpatient settings, previously and currently being the director of a program serving teens and adults. I am deeply committed to empowering my clients, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to achieve long-term well being and guide them toward meaningful and lasting change.
