About Amber Espinoza, BSN, RN

Amber is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings 28 years of healthcare experience. A Wyoming native and Casper College alumna, Amber is proud to bring her extensive experience and passion for mental health back to the community where she began her professional journey. Amber’s passion for mental health is deeply personal. In 2002, she lost her husband to suicide. As a survivor of suicide loss, this experience gave her a profound understanding of the impact suicide and grief can have on individuals and families and ultimately inspired her to pursue psychiatric mental health care. She has particular interests in suicide prevention, grief and loss, addictions, neurodiversity, and the mental health of healthcare professionals. Outside of her professional life, Amber finds her greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is committed to lifelong learning and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
