About Amber Lee, LMSW

Twenty-two years of experience working with vulnerable children, challenged adolescents and diverse families dealing with conflict has given me a deep respect for meeting others exactly where they are. I am an energetic, engaging and experienced clinical social worker that has a passion for connecting with others for the purpose of facilitating growth, healing and empowerment. My experience includes working extensively with traumatized children, adolescents and adults in addition to individuals and families impacted by substance abuse. Understanding early attachment experiences that impact a person’s ability to regulate the intensity of their emotions is critical. I have a direct approach and believe human beings innately possess a desire for self-healing and self-determination, my role is to support your facilitation of this powerful process. Candidly we grow the most during difficult times so reframing our challenges as opportunities for growth is part of my philosophy.
