Amber Miller, FNP-c

Amber Miller, APRN, FNP-c, is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 6 years of healthcare experience. She enjoys teaching her patients about their acute and chronic issues as well as how to prevent them. Amber believes that education is vital to one’s health. Improved outcomes occur when an individual understands their health and disease processes. Her interests include hypertension and pulmonary issues. She also values preventative medicine. Amber grew up in Crandall, Texas. She attended nursing school at Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas. She started her career as a pulmonary transplant and thoracic surgery nurse in Dallas, Texas. She then pursued her masters degree at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. Amber’s free time consists of reading, traveling, spending time with her husband as well as friends and family. She also enjoys outdoor activities and antique shopping.
