I had a very weird experience today with one of the ladies at the checkout counter. In simple terms she was blunt in her responses didn’t seem to care about your questions. A simple request like is their water so I can eat my medsShow more was a big deal and a instant no followed by okay let me see. A simple question of breakdown of a heavy bill of 434 seemed like it was annoying her. Didn’t get her name but this was on 3/1 at the Katy Methodist office. Dr Qureshi was pleasant and welcoming and great as usual. If it was not for Dr Qureshi I would not at all drive from sugar land to endocrine center for my dr visits. Patients need to be treated as customers. This is not a charity organization. I just paid 434 dollars for an office visit. I at least expect some politeness from the staff.
Dr. Quershi is knowledgeable has excellent bedside manner. He treats his patients w/the utmost respect. He takes the time & answers all ques. & then defers to the pt to see if one understands everything. It feels like we are workiShow moreng together as a team oppose to a dictatorship about my own health. I appreciate him. His supporting staff was equally as wonderful! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.

Dr. Qureshi is great. Takes his time with you and doesn’t rush. The lab person I had didn’t seem to happy…she looked at the list of people she had to draw labs for and said “I guess I’m not going to get a lunch…”. That is my only complaint. Dr Qureshi himself and staff are great.
Very professional and personable

This is my first time here, I’m really please with the service. Dr Qureshi took time to explain medical issues, very professional and reassuring, the office staff were very polite.
He listens and uses the information to inform his recommendations for the patient. He is very attentive and has a pleasant attitude.
Very nice visit and help full. Set new goal and new medicine.
Overall, my experience at the center today and in the past have been very well. The only unfortunate side to the couple times that I’ve been there is you wait 45 minutes to an hour whether it’s in the lobby or in the Exam room, most likely a combination of the two. I think that’s too long. Both the doctors and the reception area people are very polite and nice.
Dr was friendly, professional and helpful. He explained all the options I have clearly and provided all the information to help me make the right decision
