The first impression is the most impactful thing. I was greeted by staff when I entered the office. The practice is very clean and decorated nicely. Staff is very friendly and very polite with listening to your symptoms and understanding your answers. I felt very comfortable and confident with the care I received.

I absolutely appreciate DR AMGAD for all his help with my medical concerns this is the fist time seeing him and he really took the time to listen to all my health concerns and took immediate action and came up with a plan on how to treat any medical issues I have I definitely recommend DR AMGAD for anyone who really wants to get proper care. I had a previous doctor and I had to wait months to see him. DR AMGAD made an apt with in a two week period to get me the help I needed.

I had my first checkup today, and honestly I think I love it. The wait time was only a few minutes, attended me right away. And my doctor and his staff were very slow paced when talking and explaining questions and concerns to me which is perfect! They made sure they cover everything about you and provide good solutions for you. They really seem to care about you and your health so talking to them about my issues were pretty easy. Everything looks very clean and professional.

I first encountered Dr. Alfred at my cardiologist appointment as he was assisting with the Dr. that day, I was so impressed with how he took the time to address all my concerns that when I found out that he has his own office as a primary care physician I changed the very next day and now since going to him as my PCP, I’m happy that I have.
