Dr. Kalani came to pick me up in the waiting room. I asked if he was the doctor and he said he was with a smile. We went to his office and found out about my problems, and told me things I had never heard about pertaining to my Show moreproblems. I feel as though he understood all the problems I've had and feel as though I can make it another ten years at least! Then I will be 102! Love his smile and great attention to detail. It was a very positive experience. His expertise is outstanding.
The office staff is super friendly, and Dr. Kalani made it a priority to get me in to go over results on a procedure. His communication and recommendations was straight forward, and super empathetic and caring. I felt heard, valShow moreued and respected by their whole team. Kara, the PA has been wonderful to work with as well. I'm finally feeling like I'm getting answers and the treatment needed at this office. Thank you- lisa

I really value Dr. Kalani and his knowledge and experience. He listens and is thorough with his evaluation and plan. He has been very helpful with getting me on track using diet and protocol. Great office staff too.
Dr Kalani and Kara PA are fantastic! After going through the standard GI tests that are all coming back "normal", Dr Kalani has the additional knowledge to go beyond and look at different parts of the body that could be causing my GI distress. I feel confident in his diagnosis and look forward to the healing process I gave four stars because I have had a few issues with the front end staff. I hope that will resolve with time.

Dr. Kalani was able to solve my issue. I had been to multiple doctors and had multiple tests and he was able to solve the issue I had been struggling with for over 5 years!
As always, an amazing visit. The whole team took plenty of time with me from start to finish. My family is so glad we met Dr. Kalani and his team.

Brilliant gastro doc willing to dig deep into health issues and won’t give up until he finds answers and solutions. Best I have been able to find in the area by far.
I always feel that Dr. K is in no rush and spends time explaining and making sure I am comfortable with it. Each visit has been like that.
Dr Kalani is very knowledgeable and personable. He is also sincere about trying to understand and solve my problem. The only frustration I have is that the administrative side of the business is a little disjoint from the instructions I receive at the appointments. I'm never quite sure how to initiate the tests that are recommended and their system isn't integrated with the UC Health system I use for everything else. Eventually, it works out, but it can be at little cumbersome.
Dr. KALANI and his PA were professional and knowledgeable. They both listened carefully and spent considerable time with us despite being behind. They explained the plan of care fully and completely, using a whiteboard to enhance education effectiveness. They answered all our questions. It was a pleasure to visit today! I highly recommend this practice for your GI needs!
Dr. Kalani is a very caring physician. He doesn't rush you, takes his time and explains everything to you in layman's terms. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

Dr. Kalani is so knowledgeable and gave me multiple options for treatment of my condition. I have referred my own clients for evaluation and they have been so happy. It is refreshing to have an independent doctor that can truly treat his patients the way we all should expect to be treated. The culture at is practice says it all. No corporation pushing profits over patient care.
Dr Kalani and the Biome team are amazing! Dr Kalani takes extra time to care for his patients and he genuinely cares. My case was especially difficult, but Dr Kalani didn't give up -he continues to work to solve the problem. He does an exceptional job, and I am so thankful that I found Dr Kalani.
