Dr. Soin is a brilliant physician. He's also very skilled at performing procedures. I have complex spine issues further complicated by hypermobile Ehlers Danlos. I have had multiple Radio Frequency Ablation procedures performed bShow morey different Dr.'s over many years. Dr. Soin performed the most comfortable RFA I had ever experienced. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he was done. I had been bracing myself for the pain/discomfort that I thought was the norm for RFA's (as that had been my experience with other Dr.'s) and it never happened! I didn't experience the sharp dreaded pain. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Soin not only for his ability to diagnose pain generators but for his kind, thoughtful bedside manner- I'm also quite impressed with his many professional accomplishments. I'm very grateful to have such an excellent Dr. without having to drive to the Cleveland Clinic or fly to Cedars Sinai for the excellence he delivers every day. Before I found Dr. Soin, I had resigned myself to having to go to those lengths to get help for the pain I was in after having had a 12 level scoliosis deformity fusion. He has helped me so much. Dr. Soin's administrative and support staff are wonderful as well and you can tell how dedicated they are in helping people.
He and Shelby are great. I've been going there for a while now and I have not had any bad experiences. Everyone is very nice and helpful there

Wouldn't go anywhere else
I had an office visit with the NP. She explained what I had a question about & the appointment went well.
He is an amazing Dr.
He was in and out of the room very quickly and he was only concerned with giving me a shot. He didn’t ask about all the pain that I have. Maybe the shot will work so that would be great for one area of pain that I have. It would have been nice if you he spent a little more time with me.
I was very satisfied, it started making a difference as soon as I left my procedure.
Treatment did not relieve pain. In fact, it increase the pain right after treatment.
AAA++
Very impressed with the Dr and staff, prompt, courteous and professional.
Staff is always professional and attentive. Never wait for more than a couple minutes as well. Office is run very well.
No pain in neck or dizziness since last Sunday!! He’s the best!!
I'm not rating a treatment, which are always exemplary, but an office policy; When I called an scheduled an appointment for pain treatment 5 months after being treated (because I was in a great deal of pain), I was told once I got there that I was being seen by an assistant for my Follow-up visit... 5 months later? The Follow-up appointments really don't make sense to me; if the patient felt something had gone wrong inside of 2 weeks of being treated they would call the office and talk to someone. I'm 76 years old, and making this unnecessary 65 mile round trip on the interstate is burdensome and causes anxiety... Why can't Phone Consultation be used rather than a physical 3 minute chat with an assistant to say if everything is okay or not?
It says on this doctors website that they take time with the patient and get to the bottom of what's causing the pain. I spent 45min filling out paperwork explaining where I hurt and how badly, made sure my CAT Scan was sent from the ER, and only got to see the doctor for maybe 10min (felt like 5) just for him to tell me he was gonna schedule me for a procedure that I have still not scheduled. Now, I can't take anymore time off work. Once again, I'm just gonna have to live with it.
Very kind and efficient. Always willing to relive the pain without a long wait.
