He was very friendly and thorough. I was a little upset at first. I scheduled a 3 pm appointment. I got there about 2:45pm and there was a note on the door and locked up. It said they were closed for lunch from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. I Show morewaited in my car until 3 :30pm and went back and the doors were still locked. About 3:50pm someone showed up and checked the group of us in. I verified with him my appointment was at 3 pm. He apologized and said they were short staffed. The other person had to leave.
first time here since we've been tired of waiting in the emergency room and after hours in some clinic. we saw the good reviews on Yelp so we decided to try it. and it did not disappoint us, this place is very clean and very fast Show moreaccommodation. there's a co-pay for their service but all in all we have LA Care as an insurance so yes they take Medi-Cal. this place is DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED and Dr. AMRIT PAL DHILLON was very nice and explained all of the stuff we needed to know. thanks again!!

The doctor and his staff are great people. Took care of me fast and efficiently, and I walked out of there feeling better then when I walked in just because I felt I was in good hands.
I had a great experience at the place. Doctor was very nice and caring , we were taken care of right away and it was very clean and pleasant . We are so glad that we discovered this urgent care in our neighborhood , gives us peace of mind in case of any issues we may need help with .

From the time you walk in to the time you see the Dr. They take the time to listen to your concerns and they address them appropriately. You don’t wait hours in the waiting room like other facilities I’ve been to. This will be my go to urgent care. So glad I found them.

Was in and out within 30mins, quite fast for an urgent and should be as such. Maybe I was lucky, and this is that Dr was maning phones, walk in reg and patients, one man show got it done, definitely not a typical Dr. thank you doc!

Great Doctor and staff
I came in with my son, first time patient here. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We were called in, the same young lady who helped check us in took his vitals. She was very professional and friendly to both myself and my children. The doctor was efficient, he listened to the symptoms looked at my sons problem diagnosed and called in the prescription. I will definitely be using this urgent care facility.

The facility was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and I was in and out pretty quickly. They sent my prescription directly to my pharmacy of choice. So glad I found this place in my Cigna portal. I will return for any future need.
