About Dr. Amy Heyman, DO

Dr. Amy Heyman is a valued member of the medical staff at Capital Women’s Care. She provides a number of different services for patients in and around Frederick, Mount Airy & Urbana, Maryland.

Dr. Heyman completed 4 years of undergraduate training at Michigan State University. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she attended medical school at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

After medical school, Dr. Heyman completed her internship and residency at the Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Her professional interests include minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, adolescent gynecology, and menopausal gynecology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching movies, traveling, and being outdoors.

Dr. Heyman is currently accepting new patients. She offers services in both obstetrics and gynecology. To make an appointment or receive a consultation from Dr. Heyman, patients should contact Capital Women’s Care. The practice is currently welcoming new patients.
