Amy Jones, APRN

Amy Jones, a proud Louisville, KY native, earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Western Kentucky University in 1999. Driven by her passion for healthcare, she pursued a career in nursing and graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University in 2003, earning a Master of Science in Nursing. Recognized for her excellence, she received the prestigious award for “Most Outstanding Family Nurse Practitioner Student” in her graduating class. With over 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Amy has worked across multiple specialties, including family practice, internal medicine, neurology, and psychiatry. She provides care for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. While her focus is on diagnosis and medication management, she is committed to helping patients explore additional resources—such as psychotherapy—to support their journey to wellness.
