Lamara is amazing because she really listens and finds many tools in addition to medication. Some of the greatest remedies have been books and relaxation techniques she has shared. I have had an amazing experience with Lamara thanks to her compassionate, listening ear and approaching mental health from many lenses and giving me many tools!
Kayla is such an amazing provider and has really helped me over the past 2 years with various issues as it relates to my medication management and other scenarios that I have needed assistance with. I went through multiple providers before finding Kayla with the help of my therapist at the time. Kayla has opened my eyes to what proper psychiatric care looks like and I finally feel truly heard and cared about! She is compassionate, supportive, and makes sure I get what I need even when there are issues with a pharmacy or my insurance. I cannot recommend her enough!
I have had such a good experience with Lamara Ford. I came in as a ball of anxiety and she was able to slow me down and figure out how to tease out what was going on with me and create a plan to deal with it all. One of the most helpful things provided was gene testing for what medication would work best for me. It has been amazing how much my anxiety has been treated. I had a good feeling about Lamara from day one. She has been so supportive, a great listener, educated, non-judgmental, and patient with me.
