The staff and health care team is top-notch. Whole Health Chicago is the best primary outpatient clinic I have experienced in the four states I have lived in. I wish that all medical facilities were more handicap accessible whether the handicap is temporary, intermittent, or permanent.

Dr. Andrea Deleon was great. I’m experiencing a bit of financial stress and she really went above and beyond to help me find a lower cost prescription and found a coupon I could use for it. She also took her time and came to the front desk and led a search with 2 other employees to find info on lower cost labs. This isn’t something I’m typically comfortable talking about and I often find myself having a hard time asking for help. Dr. Deleon made me feel cared for in a moment of vulnerability.
My original appointment was rescheduled, and I ended up seeing Andrea. She was incredibly kind and understanding. I explained that I felt unclear about the plan with my previous doctors, and she immediately put me at ease. Andrea took the time to thoroughly review my notes and started fresh with my supplements to evaluate what’s truly helping and what’s not. The whole process was clear, organized, and easy to follow. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning!
