Andrea Judkins

Andrea is in the process of getting her LISW. Andrea graduated with her bachelors degree from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA and with her masters degree from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work with a concentration in children and youth while obtaining a school social work certificate. Andrea has served as a school social worker in both Colorado and Iowa for the last three years. She is passionate about children and their mental health and focuses on the child’s strengths when working with them. Andrea puts an emphasis on how systems (i.e. families, schools, etc.) impact children on a daily basis. Andrea is looking forward to serving children and youth as a therapist at Walnut Creek Psychiatry both in the Ames office and in the schools. In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends and being active!
