The only reason why I still stick with this provider is because of the 20+ years I have been going here. Always been the same. #1-Extremely long wait times. #2- always fight when it comes to my copay with the receptionists. My copShow moreay is supposed to be $15 and they always charge me 30. Now I have to wait for my explanation of benefits to get half my money back. #3- I was never offered to give my email and access the patient portal (if that even exists) and review my results online rather than waiting for a call back (which never happens). #4-trying to get an appointment right away doesn't exist here. You will wait at least a week to get an appointment. Dr. Olanescu is an amazing doctor, but she is very busy and depends on her staff to service her patients. I have a lot medical issues and depend on her employees to call patients back with my results. They can't always expect us to show up there and get a copy of them. I don't live in the area and work. I just wish they didn't OVERBOOK patients and have us wait there for a minimum of 2 hours before you are seen. Everyone there is overwhelmed with the amount of work they do. It's not fair to any of us.
Extremely busy office. I came 30mins earlier than scheduled time and ended up being seen 2 hrs later. I am a physician myself, so I understand when offices can get quite busy. However, I never saw a single MD during the visit. I nShow moreever had vitals taken during the office visit, which was charted in my records as if it had been taken. I had everything done by a PA. The PA was the only cordial member in the office. All other members of the office staff were cold and unprofessional, especially the ultrasound tech who was very rough and rude, almost making the patient feel violated. I did not feel like the office had any compassion for their patients. It honestly felt like a factory churning out patients for money. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Recomendable muy bien servicio y atención!!
To much lazy stuff.if Appointment 11 am you will see the doctor after 4/5 hours later. It is really bad. I am very tired and upset about the fact.

Dr. Olenescu is a great physician and so is her sonogram tech. The only issue is I had to wait 2hrs. Hope something can be done with the wait time going forward.

If you’re late for few minutes they’ll put you in the No Show list and never notify you and you’ll be wasting your time all day sitting there. Very poor communication system among the staff and patient, especially receptionist. I have been back and forth asking why am I not being called but the rest of the patients after me done calling their name. Disappointed after 12 years of visiting this location.
