Extremely busy office. I came 30mins earlier than scheduled time and ended up being seen 2 hrs later. I am a physician myself, so I understand when offices can get quite busy. However, I never saw a single MD during the visit. I nShow moreever had vitals taken during the office visit, which was charted in my records as if it had been taken. I had everything done by a PA. The PA was the only cordial member in the office. All other members of the office staff were cold and unprofessional, especially the ultrasound tech who was very rough and rude, almost making the patient feel violated. I did not feel like the office had any compassion for their patients. It honestly felt like a factory churning out patients for money. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.
The front desk staff are horrible. The nasty demeanor and attitude is disgusting. The entire staff needs to go. Get new people wanting to work that have an inviting happy disposition. Because the existing people act like theyShow more are MAD we are there. I have actively been searching for a new doctor because of my horrendous experiences each and every time I go to that office. It has been difficult because Dr Olanescu is so lovely and truly appreciate her. So I don’t want to get another doctor but the front desk staff and wait time makes it unwelcoming and upsetting. Not to mention the wait time is just insane!!!! A whole day to be seen. Disgusting!!!! The managers have been helpful when i have reached out. Which I am so so grateful for.

Excellent service and attention
I’ve been going to Dr. Andrea Olanescu for many years, but one thing that I hate is you go to see your doctor and they give an assistant!!!! That I hate and I don’t appreciate!
Dr.Olanescu is an amazing doctor. She is very caring and very thorough in her exams.

The care is great when you are finally seen, but the wait times I go each time are outrageous. I’m not sure if this is a staffing issue or high demand, but I waited over an hour before being seen for my annual and another 30 minutes during my results appointment. The team is very nice and attentive. Perhaps consider hiring more team to decrease wait times.
It was my first time visiting an OBYNG and the staff was very friendly and allowed me to feel comfortable.

I was scheduled for 10:30am, and the doctor saw me past 1pm. It was around 3 hours wait, even after being called, they took me the doctor room, and was more 30 minutes waiting for the doctor there. The doctor requested sonogram, to check if everything was ok, and after all that long wait, they came to me around 1:30om to say that wasn’t possible have the sonogram done that day, and they scheduled me for the following week.
