Dr Cordoba was very nice and thorough. What I don’t understand is you can rarely get anyone to answer the phones. And when waiting on approval from the insurance company when something has been denied the patient should know right away. This happened to me, after three weeks of waiting for answers, I had to walk in the office to find out the medication was denied and to get something else had to make an appointment to see a doctor. Maybe office staff needs more help.
