I came to Dr. Gwizdala as a new patient. Coming from China 13 years ago, I am still new to western medicine and was somewhat nervous as to what to expect. Dr. Gwizdala greeted me warmly, and quickly gained my confidence with her cShow moreompasionate concern, and comforting ways. She is very, very knowledgeable, and very through. She is an excellent communicator and she took time to listen to my concerns and explain to me the procedures that would be undertaken to address my health needs. I feel that I am in the best of care now that I have established a patient relationship with this wonderful physician.
The televisit site was having problems the day I had my appt scheduled. I made it to the virtual "waiting room", which, in and of itself, was exciting! The idea of being able to have a face to face with your doctor is valuable & eShow morefficient, if it fits for your situation. Dr. Brian Burke ended up phoning me due to technical difficulties, so my appt still worked out. Staff was very helpful with the glitches I had on line to help me get started. Dr. Burke answered all of my questions and made several recommendations to help me relieve some sinus issues before taking antibiotic.
