Had surgery for a broken femur A titanium post was inserted into my bone to allow healing of my femur. The surgery was efficient and finished without anything unexpected. The healing time of stiched up wounds was rapid with no isShow moresues. Dr Boltuch answered all of my questions and was exceedingly pleasant on all occasions. I would highly recommend Dr.Boltuch for his surgical skill , knowledge and expertise.
Andrew Boltuch, DO is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He received his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Largo Medical Center .Dr. Boltuch then completed his shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Holy Cross Orthopaedic Institute under the guidance of Jonathan Levy, MD. After his fellowship, he was accepted to the Alps Surgery Institute in Annecy, France, for an Advanced Arthroscopic Shoulder and Upper Extremity Fellowship with world-renowned surgeons Laurent and Thibault Lafosse, MD.
Dr. Boltuch specializes in primary and complex surgeries of the upper extremity. This involves arthroscopic, open, and advanced reconstruction techniques to treat a wide range of pathology associated with the upper limb.He also employs the use of cutting-edge preoperative planning software to customize total and reverse shoulder replacements unique to each patient’s particular needs.Common conditions Dr. Boltuch treats include rotator cuff tears, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, shoulder instability, labrum tears, tendon ruptures, upper extremity fractures, trigger finger, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

He is a great doctor. But I think he is fed up with me coming in for minor pain. I am just trying to get checked for anything that might be serious and to avoid the minor stuff from getting worse. He said a Bakers cyst and early arthritis is minor and nothing to worry about. But it's important I know what the issue is and resolve it before it gets worse. Even though he is super intelligent. I feel like next time I will go to another doctor Because I feel like I've annoyed him already.
