Andrew Boltuch, DO is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He received his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Largo Medical Center .Dr. Boltuch then completed his shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Holy Cross Orthopaedic Institute under the guidance of Jonathan Levy, MD. After his fellowship, he was accepted to the Alps Surgery Institute in Annecy, France, for an Advanced Arthroscopic Shoulder and Upper Extremity Fellowship with world-renowned surgeons Laurent and Thibault Lafosse, MD.
Dr. Boltuch specializes in primary and complex surgeries of the upper extremity. This involves arthroscopic, open, and advanced reconstruction techniques to treat a wide range of pathology associated with the upper limb.He also employs the use of cutting-edge preoperative planning software to customize total and reverse shoulder replacements unique to each patient’s particular needs.Common conditions Dr. Boltuch treats include rotator cuff tears, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, shoulder instability, labrum tears, tendon ruptures, upper extremity fractures, trigger finger, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Staff was incredibly kind and efficient! As a referral patient first visit, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for x-rays, as well as an impromptu Cortizone shot. Would highly recommend to anyone consider considering!

Dr Boltuch explained everything to me. He listened to my concerns asked me if there was any questions he could answer for me.
I feel fortunate that Dr Boltuch first step in healing my frozen shoulder was a home program. I think as a result I have had a speedy recovery.

Excellent and very informative. My one complaint is the follow through. The Dr. placed a prescription for pain it was never sent. I am recovering from a broken leg and really needed this. Being the weekend I could not reach anyone
As with every visit with Dr Boltuch, I left feeling better physically and emotionally. Great care from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. Couldn't recommend this facility or the wonderful care, compassion, and professionalism of DR. BOLTUCH.
