For years I have been in pain every other month with an ingrown toenail on my big toe When I would get a pedicure the girl would take care of it for me but it was painful, a lot of digging, so I decided enough was enough. I madShow moree an appointment to get my ingrown toenail removed permanently. I knew what was involved because I had worked for a podiatrist years ago. I was afraid of the shot but Dr Jacob did a fabulous job. I won’t lie, it hurt a little, but I was pleasantly surprised when she said “ all done”. Once my toe was numb, the whole procedure took about 2 minutes. To remove an ingrown toenail, you DO NOT remove the whole nail. Only a small portion where it is growing into your skin. Then a chemical is applied to the root won’t grow. The numbing is gone and I am not in any pain. It’s been 9 hours. The office staff is lovely to work with Dr Jacob is very calming, very informative and you can tell she loves what she does I highly recommend her office and Dr Angela Jacob
I had some issues with both of my big toe and the doctor told me it wasn’t nothing much to worry about she had clipped all my nails with her special tool and I thought I just have to soak my foot in Epson salt for a couple of daysShow more and then every night when I go to bed to rub both my feet with Vaseline and I’m going to put socks on it to keep it moist all night. The staff is beyond awesome it was one of the best visits I’ve ever had with a doctor. I highly recommend this podiatrist and where I work a lot of times that we need to refer people to a podiatrist and the doctor is at the top of my list I will be referring her to everyone that needs to see a podiatrist. Again, the staff is awesome.

Dr. Jacob, originally from Milton, Wisconsin, received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater. She continued her education at Kent State University in Cleveland, Ohio, earning her doctorate from the College of Podiatric Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Jacob trained extensively at the University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic during her schooling, as well as at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She now teaches surgical residents in the metropolitan Detroit area.
Following residency, Dr. Jacob studied advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive surgery and ankle joint replacements. She is especially interested in pediatrics, ankle replacements, reconstructive surgery, complex foot and ankle deformities, and arthroscopic procedures.
Dr. Jacob enjoys art, hiking, archery, and gardening when not caring for her patients. She is married and has many pets.

Dr. Jacob was great with my son. She is down to earth, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She took time to make him comfortable and talked to him on his level. He said he can’t wait to see Dr. Angie again! The office is beautiful and clean. The staff was very warm and accommodating. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone that needs foot/ankle care.
The building and facilities were very nice. The entire staff from the front desk to the assistant were knowledgable, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Jacobs bed side manor was top notch. She was patient, pleasant and took the time and walked me through my medical issue and my options. If you are looking for a Doctor who cares and will actually help you, I highly recommend Precision Foot and Ankle center.

Dr. Jacob is knowledgeable, professional and cares for her patients. I met with her after seeing several other podiatrists and was impressed by the thoroughness of her treatment plan and her ability to clearly explain the plan. She listened to my concerns and her path forward made the most sense for maintaining my mobility moving forward. After surgery for a bunionectomy I am happy with the result and appreciate her abilities. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob for podiatry concerns.

I came in today for a post-op cortisone injection in my foot. It was not as bad as I imagined it to be. Very little pain, actually. Dr. Jacob’s used cold to numb my skin, then she quickly injected the cortisone. It was over before I knew it! Good work, Dr. Jacobs!!
