Always greeted by the staff who check me in. They are polite and personable. I then am welcome back to my room by Samantha. She is so sweet and caring. As I am about to take my treatment she talks to me and listens to me until I aShow morem finished. She doesn’t rush me. Shes very respectful and tends to my needs. She’s very thorough. It’s a lot easier on your mind if you have to be in that kind of environment , never a worry or concern about safety while there. They treat you like family, not a number.

Dr. Long is caring and has a friendly & polite staff. They treat you with respect and dignity and are always there to accommodate you in whatever you need. I would recommend them if you need to be seen for medical or psychiatric reasons.

She listens to your concerns and make sure she takes your input into consideration when medication is recommended
Always a friendly and caring atmosphere. Very tentative to my needs. Takes the time to talk and doesn’t rush you. When I leave they always make a point to let me know when my next appointment is. Very sufficient, you’re treated with respect and they truly show you that they care.
