Dr. Potty was given a copy of my xray from when I fell down my stairs by my pcp dr via text. He took one look at my xray and had me immediately go to east houston medical center ordered an mri of my foot ankle and knee and I had tShow moreo surgery the next morning it was alot worse than we thought it was. He is very professional has a great bed side manner and he took me in as a patient from one phone from my awesome primary care dr. He made sure I was taken care of immediately
I’m very please with Dr. Potty and his staff. From the receptionist to the x-ray tech. to the girl that takes my blood pressure. What a team he has put together. I noticed everything is organized, everyone knows the job they needShow more to do. I’m impressed with the volume of people that go in and out of his office. In my case he has given me shots and done surgery one my shoulder, finger and foot. He knows his stuff. I feel very comfortable and in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Potty.

Friendly staff and Dr. Was very professional.
My medical review is perfect however the waiting time is terrible my appt. Was at 10:45 am and I was seen at 12:45 A bigger location is needed the waiting are is packed where some persons have to be standing up

I'm very happy with the service
I trust Dr. Potty’s great reputation! He has an excellent bedside manner which helps me feel calm, and I will be having knee replacement soon. I denied the experience one star because of the waiting room conditions! It is too crowded always leaving some people standing. I get nervous watching patients exiting after their visit and trying to manage the heavy hall door with walkers, crutches, arm slings, and knee recovery bandages. Consideration for a much larger clinic is urgent!
Doctor Potty and there staff are excellent, they run the office very efficiently regardless of the extreme amount of patients in their office.
Too long waiting period to see the doctor.

I am going to therapy. I notice and don’t like that I don’t see them disinfecting the machines and the tables. I don’t like and I am bothered lying on a pillow that someone else has laid on before me. They are disposable pillow cases and should be changed and sprayed U can tell that is has just been turned over. The other place was always in top of that. They need to practice that at Dr Potty’s facility. I really don’t feel comfortable about this part. As far as his personnel they are great 👍
Dr Potty is the best Orthopedic Surgeon in town I have ever treated with. He Repaired my hand and finger. His staff is very well organized and I highly recommend him. My compliments to Anna his office manager. She Makes sure you are taken care and ready for surgery. Thank you Time Orthopedics!!

Dr. Potty is a caring, intelligent physician with great bedside manners. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I am very pleased with the surgery he placed the incisions in places that are not easily seen. Clean cuts, nicely done. I will be returning to him for an additional surgery. I also love his staff. Caring, great attention to detail, THEY LISTEN.Under the care of DR. POTTY and his staff...it was the first outpatient surgery where I did not need to be admitted. I am a satisfied
Dr Laura and Liza were very nice. Dr Laura was very compassionate and clearly gave me instructions on my physical therapy at home and office. The importance in order for a speedy recovery. Liza of course took care of my schedule appts. Good attitude and atmosphere. Keep up the good work ladies.
