Anita Farley, FNP

Anita Farley, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 29 years of experience in healthcare. She provides compassionate care to patients at Vascular Specialists in Tinley Park, Illinois.

Anita earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from South Suburban College in 1996 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Calumet in 2016. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner training at Olivet Nazarene University in 2019, graduating with honors and earning recognition on the Dean’s List. Anita is ANCC board-certified and committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.

With 23 years as a registered nurse and 6 years as a nurse practitioner, Anita brings extensive experience across emergency medicine, home health, wound care, cardiac care, internal medicine, urgent care, and palliative and hospice services. 

Anita’s medical interests include preventive medicine, chronic illness management, and acute care. She believes in treating every patient like family and takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. Her philosophy centers on listening deeply, advocating for patient needs, and creating personalized care plans that support long-term health and well-being.

Outside of clinical practice, Anita enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, caring for animals, and attending sporting events.
