Appt on Wed. at 2:30 on camera, waiting till 3:18 n finally left. She apologized n saw me right away. It's now Mon. 10:30pm n still no RX. Idk if there's no phone, calendar, clock, nor service there. Frustrating for soShow moreme1 who's alrdy struggling to focus. I had to stop homeschooling & wk for the appt. I feel overlooked right now. Yet there is a open schedule for this provider. She's nice though. So I guess that is something. I'm reaching out here, cuz i can't get in touch w/ the office.

She then attended the University of Massachusetts Global (UMass Global — formerly Brandman University), receiving her master’s degree in nursing with a psychiatry specialty and a doctorate in nursing practice.

The tele-health service good. She was thoughtful and very thorough however, trying to do any follow up, attempting to get any details on the prescription that was for me is like pulling teeth. I have asked for a paper copy of the prescription so I can pay out of pocket but it’s done electronically. I even had to fill out the intake forms multiple times even after verbally giving them the information because their system messed up and still haven’t received my medicine.
