Annette Pratt, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, brings extensive expertise and a deep commitment to supporting high-risk populations, including those with mental health and substance use challenges. A graduate of the University of North Dakota (MSN, PMHNP), Annette interned with Enlightenment Psychiatry and now joins as a permanent member of the team, known for her trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
In addition to her role at Enlightenment, Annette works as a Behavioral Health RN at Essentia Health, focusing on patient intakes, crisis planning, and assessments. She also contributed to developing an opioid use disorder program and previously served as Treatment Director at Thrive Behavioral Network, overseeing care for individuals with serious mental illness.
With over 17 years in the field, Annette is dedicated to improving mental health access in rural communities, bringing invaluable leadership and compassionate care to Enlightenment Psychiatry.
