Dr. Charging Thunder is a well known, loved, and respected Lakota family physician who grew up in the Nebraska Panhandle along with her husband, Dave, whose hometown is Gordon, Nebraska. She worked on farms with her parents growing up and learned to drive a tractor before a car. She understands the issues that rural Americans face. With both the rising costs of healthcare and insurance, as well as the shortage of healthcare providers, she decided to open Deer Valley Clinic as an affordable cash pay option for those who are unable to get in rapidly to see a provider, find it difficult to get to town, have high deductibles, or otherwise have difficulty acquiring care. Deer Valley Clinic offers easy scheduling, same day appointments, affordable prices, and quality care in English and Spanish. Currently we offer Telehealth only though once the clinic space is completed, office visits will also be available. Holistic and complimentary medicine practices are supported.
