Dr. Gallo is patient and understanding. He doesn’t try to rush and is taking the time to get to know me as an individual. When we needed more time because we had a “breakthrough” and needed to discuss it more, he immediately scheduled me for a longer appointment for my next visit. I appreciate that he wanted to make sure he had the time to focus on me while also respecting his other patients’ rights to see him on time for their own appointments.
