Dr. Tickner was very friendly & welcoming/comforting(especially considering there are MANY of us out there with ‘White Coat Syndrome’!), was knowledgeable(Especially considering this is not the 1st Dr I’ve recently seen re. large Show morepainful almost softball-size balls on the bottoms of my feet in the arch; the previous Dr. ASKED ME WHAT THEY WERE when I showed him! Which I have no clue??!?Thats why I’m there?!?) But thankfully Dr. Tickner knew what was going on, fully informed me what they were & what the steps we needed to take to take care of it were, etc. it was a big sigh of relief! He’s a great guy, as well as a great Dr. and is extremely knowledgeable & pro-actively helpful!

Dr. Tickner received his podiatric medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed advanced wound healing training at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He studied biometabolism and chemical processes at Binghamton University and earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry from SUNY Brockport.

I would definitely recommend Dr Tickner. I’m a first time patient who called for an appointment on Monday because I was experiencing pain when I applied my full weight on my left foot. I got an appointment for the very next day and Dr Tickner addressed the issue, sent me home with shoe inserts and I’m already feeling better.
Dr Tickner addressed the pain in my foot, treating it with an injection which alleviated the pain. I was then provided orthotics to accomodate the problem in my foot.
I was recommended to Dr. Tickner and have been very happy with the care I have received. Great staff and office setting. Very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied with my care and will continue to follow up as needed.
Dr Tickner is working with me to take care of a foot problem I have . He works in a conservative manner and does not jump right to surgery. He takes less invasive approaches then continues up the latter with the next approach. Highly informative and explains all he is doing .

Dr. Tickner and staff are top notch. I had Lapidplasty, a surgery to correct the bones in my foot to permanently correct a bothersome Bunyan. Dr. Tickner performed the surgery, showing me xrays of my foot before and after surgery. It was a remarkable transformation. I feel lucky to have found this talented surgeon and his caring staff.
