I offer a supportive and open space for exploration, clarity, and growth using evidence-based techniques drawing from emotionally focused therapy, relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and multicultural counseling.   I am committed to fostering personal growth, facilitating healing, and promoting holistic wellness. Together, we can access your inner powers on this self-discovery journey and navigate life’s complexities with confidence.   I earned my bachelor's degree double majoring in Applied Psychology and Economics at Boston College and my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness at New York University. As a bilingual therapist, I can provide therapy in both Mandarin and English. I will meet you at your level of readiness for change and support you as you strive toward authenticity and growth.
