Archana Nair, MD, is a board-certified retina specialist practicing at Greater Dallas Retina in McKinney, Texas.
Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Nair holds a deep passion for medicine and innovation, graduating with a Bachelor of Science and a master's degree from Stanford University School of Engineering. During this time, she was instrumental in the development of patents and the integration of surgical devices into operating rooms.
Dr. Nair graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine. She began her ophthalmology training with an internship at the University of California at San Diego, followed by a residency at New York University. She then proceeded to Vanderbilt University School of Medicine to complete a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery. A fierce advocate of excellent care, Dr. Nair has cared for patients from all over the US. She is very excited to join Greater Dallas Retina.
Dr. Nair enjoys classical dance, travel, and spending time with her husband, who is also a physician in the DFW area.
