Ariarna Odom, LGPC

Ariarna Odom, LGPC, is a licensed graduate professional counselor at One Alkaline Life in Waldorf, Maryland. Ariarna received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from NYU. The foundation of her therapeutic approach is empathy, from which she seeks to cultivate an environment of trust, honesty, and collaboration. Through the therapeutic process, clients may experience an increase in self-awareness, closer connection to themselves and others, gain coping strategies for stress and emotional dysregulation, and overall obtain a greater level of wellness, positively impacting familial relationships, and life aspirations. Ariarna works from a trauma informed perspective, and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness interventions. Ariarna is passionate about helping her clients experience increased confidence and self efficacy, better emotional regulation, and achieve their wellness goals.
