I got treatment for pink eye after a long flight two weeks ago and I had my second visit today. Both sessions went smoothly and I got the treatment I needed. Armine took her time to examine my body, discussed the reason, and treatShow morement in details. She does not rush at all and she takes her time to ask questions and examine which is necessary for an accurate diagnosis. I am very happy with both of my visits and will go back to her in the future.

The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing. Nurse practitioner Manokian is caring and precise. She even followed up with me a week later after getting test results.

I have seen both Armine Manokian and Lousine Egiazarian. They have both been professional and caring. They answered all my questions and explained what they were going to do and why. Medical assistants Tina and Diana are also of high caliber and friendly. If I have another urgent care situation I will go back to Rapid Response Urgent Care.

This was the first time going to this urgent care and I had a great experience from the receptionist to the wait time to the doctor getting medication and getting seen was very quick. I didn’t wait there long. Everybody was really friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I recommend this urgent care to anybody. That’s not feeling too good.

The initial visit was fast and efficient. The staff there made me feel relaxed and comfortable and the care was excellent. To top it off, this urgent care was immaculate and sadly that’s not too common these days. I highly recommend this place.
