My visit with Dr. Arun Joseph was great! Dr. Joseph was professional, polite, and pleasant to talk with. He took the time and went over the diagnosis of the symptoms that I having and explained the results of the MRI that he had Show morereceived from the imaging that he had received from the hospital. The staffing department was polite, patient, professional, and pleasant to work with likewise. Yes, I would most certainly recommend Dr. Arun Joseph to family and friends. Great job, Alliance Spine & Pain, continue with the outstanding work!
I love Dr. Joseph because he’s so honest. He recommended me to a surgeon first to see if I needed something more than what he was recommending just to be on the safe side instead of just barreling through and finding out later thaShow moret I should have gone to the surgeon first. I so appreciated that. I highly recommend him Also everyone who works at his office is friendly and top notch.

Lots of mistakes led to delays in treatment. Saw me for less than 5 minutes and said he was going to order imaging and get me started on physical therapy, but he never processed the PT referral and ordered the wrong x-rays. Every time I called the office it was days later that they got back to me, then more days until the Dr. corrected it. The charting was incorrect and got flagged by insurance and the imaging center had to follow up to get clarification on the order, which was still wrong days later. They scheduled me for follow up and took my copay then the Dr didn’t see me without the imaging so I took time off from work for nothing. When I finally had my follow up abs received my treatment plan the Dr availability was very limited and they told me I couldn’t have the procedure done at any of the other clinics because it had to be where he saw me last, even though I had attended appointments at multiple locations. No explanation why. That was the final straw I found a new Dr. that same day!
I love Dr Joseph and his staff at DouglasvilleCenter there very kind and helpful no matter what the situation is they take care of it in a timely manner and they listen to ur concerns and address them keep up the good work Ms WINTERS

Doctor Joesph is a really great doctor he listens to us and helps me with my pain management thank you so much. His staff is excellent always cheerful I like that. And one more thing I like you don’t have to wait forever to see the doctor.

Nice guy, seems very knowledgeable. I’m still in the beginning stages of treatment. I actually had more questions, he said he’d be back, but the nurse returned (very nice staff 5-star) and I asked to speak with him again but he was already doing prep. She did answer the questions that I had, but it would’ve been nice to have more face time with him tbh. Next time hopefully.

It was my first tag meeting the doctor. He was quite pleasant and seemed to listen to my issues I was satisfied.
Just conversation has been fine, he sent my medication into the pharmacy. I am still waiting to get my injection and a nerve blocker. Waiting on approval from my insurance and clearance from my pulmonary doctor. So far he has been fine

Dr. Joseph is new to me as I am to him. I have to say I am impressed with him as he proved yesterday, to be a man of integrity. I would though as that he allows me a few extra minutes during my appointments because I most times have a lot to say
