Asha McCallum

I have a bachelor?s degree in social work and professional experience supporting individuals and families experiencing mental health, social, and life challenges. My background includes community-based behavioral health, case management, crisis support, advocacy, and connecting individuals with resources that promote stability and overall well-being. My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, respect, compassion, and meeting people where they are. I believe everyone has strengths and resilience, even during times when those strengths may be difficult to recognize. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their experiences, and working toward meaningful change.
