Very kind, very thorough first visit. Location is very clean and in what feels like a safe area. Both ladies at the front desk were super kind, efficient and helpful!! Overall good experience with highly recommend. Plus the wait time was less than 15 minutes !!

Lack of empathy especially when dealing with a teen with mental health issues and discussing very sensitive topics. Do better!!! Show some empathy , show that you actually care about your clients well being. My daughter is less open to help due to the interaction! I’m still waiting for a call back from a supervisor! If you don’t care about your clients work else where ! They come to you seeking help not added trauma.

I was disappointed with my experience\. I often felt that my concerns were not fully heard because the psychiatrist frequently talked over me during appointments\. I also felt frustrated by a lack of follow\-through after being told that a letter regarding my release from care would be provided\. Despite the promise, I did not receive the letter as expected\. The staff is amazing well first of all your patience. I have a very special needs and has severe autism harder his brain he’s blind and she accommodate my child video. She is super super nice and so and they truly care. She always calls every couple weeks listens to my concerns and values my recommendations as well as another who’s with my son. She doesn’t disregard how the medication affects my son. She is all ears and has a heart for special-needs children I’m highly recommend you using her. .
