Ashlee Beck

Ashlee is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PPC) dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and hope. She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, & major life transitions. Ashlee's therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, believing that every person has the capacity for growth when provided with a safe, accepting environment. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and feminist therapy to tailor treatment to each client's goals & strengths. Ashlee earned both her bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She is committed to providing an authentic, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, discover their strengths, & create meaningful change in their lives.
