As this being a new psychiatrist for myself, my anxiety was a little high, but immediately beginning our video session I was was welcomed with Ashley's warm smile & comforting personality. I just had my first appointment and I felt heard! I’ve had some negative experiences with psychiatrists but Ashley was super friendly! She didn’t want to rush into any treatment changes I was uncomfortable with and made an appointment 2 months out.
I would rate this office a 4 because I am hard of hearing and Nurse needed to speak up better and face me when she talked. I had to have her repeat several times. I was a little anxious driving such a distant. The receptionist and Nurse made me feel very welcome. A lot of time was spent with me which I really appreciated. Judy P,

Ashley is a phenomenal practitioner and excellent at listening. I felt heard and understood with my symptoms. She explained the treatment plan and potential side effects so clearly and outlined things I should monitor for our next visit.
