The therapist really listen to you and give feedback to help you through a problem/situation. The front office though, when I first made my appointment, I never received my online paperwork I needed to complete so I could have my first appointment. I was not told I needed to have this paperwork completed. Rescheduled my appointment, decided for a virtual appointment. Every appointment I have had, I have needed to call 2 minutes after my appointment time have started so I could have the link..🥴

Dr. Tsu was very nice and listened to all my 12 incurable diseases. She helped with my anxiety and stress of losing both of my parents last year and now taking care of my disabled daughter. Thank you very much for your understanding.
