I visited the office in swansboro instead of morehead today.I seen Dr.Geurgeus.He was kind and listened and explained the next steps in my treatment.The staff was excellent and the Dr.was very helpful.Wish all my appointments coulShow mored be here.
Wonderful! Dr. Guirgues discussed with my mother the MRI results and what her options were. He was very attentive and was his staff. The experience was quite pleasant and we have a plan.

Had a good discussion with doctor. Bad part was that my appointment was for 7:45, never got called until I asked receptionist at 8':10. Was taken back then but never saw doctor until 8:45.

got my lower back fracture surgery last friday 12/12 from Dr Ashraf Guirgues. the surgery was quick and dr. ashraf did the surgery. he was so professional and know his job and i recommend his services to everybody. with dr. ashraf, i'm in good hands as he knows what he is doing.i am giving him 5 stars as i'm satisfied and feel safe with dr. ashraf.you are the best, dr. ashraf. zimuel platil

Dr. Guirgues was kind, direct and to the point. He gave me options for my issues and showed me the results of my testing. He explained them to me so I can understand them clearly. I feel confident knowing he has my best interest at heart.

If you want to be talked to like a child in trouble then by all means this Dr is for you. I did not like the way he spoke to me and needs some bed side manners training. The way he explained my MRI went completely over my head and he spoke too fast. Good thing there is chat GPT that can break down the notes better than he did to where I understood what it meant. He literally handed me the MRI notes and seemed to act like I could read them within seconds of handing them to me. All other providers at EmergOrtho that I have seen have been way better in their explanations and have had better bed side manners.

Waited for an hour to see him. Finally came in and was in my room for maybe 5-7 minutes. He talked fast, was in a rush, handed me MRI images and didn't explain what they were showing. The images that were chosen to give me didn't show at all what the images he showed on the computer which were completely different and showed much more. He didn't even realize what the real issue of why I was being seen and was confused. The original issue is my back. But after the the original mri, they saw something in my neck but was blurry so they did an mri of my neck. I figured that my neck issue they saw could be the reason of my extreme back pain. Im not even having issues with my neck at the moment. He was confused and thought I was there for my neck. I left there with no answers and still no help regarding my back pain. I felt rushed and left with no answers except to quit smoking and go to PT. ..for my neck..smh.
Dr G is very straightforward and hugely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
