This saved me tons of time and money, and put me at ease since I knew and was comfortable with her and her staff already. I tried three times to contact the clinic via phone in order to schedule an appointment. First and second time, it rang a few times then was put on hold for more than ten minutes and I hung up. Third time, someone picked up the phone then put me on hold for more than 30 minutes! I submitted an appointment request online, but no one called me to confirm the appointment. The day after the date I sent the request for, I received an email from the office asking how my visit was. The physician may be good, but the practice is terrible.
