About Aubrey Spak, MSEd

Aubrey Spak, MSEd, LAPC, is a therapist based in Philadelphia who provides trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, recovery, and life stressors. She offers a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful change through individual therapy, treatment planning, and goal setting.

Aubrey has experience working within community mental health, crisis intervention, child welfare, and shelters. My personal experience with Alpine and specifically Vince Di Antonio has been very helpful to me. He has guided me along my pathway to better, clearer days through my medication. With his help and the support of a therapist I feel better than I have in a long time.

Vince is absolutely amazing. On my first visit with him, he listened and validated me. We ran out of time and he took it upon himself to call me from home in the evening to follow up and make sure I was taken care of and that I understood. Very happy to have been put in his care.

Vince listened and gave thoughtful feedback

Sara M. • March 29, 2023

It was my first appointment and things went fine. I felt like my questions were listened to/addressed and I was given some good information in response. Things did feel a bit rushed but I know sometimes that happens when there are multiple telehealth appointments back to back.
