Audrey Kassal, LSW

Audrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. She earned a Master’s Degree at Aurora University and has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, low self-esteem issues, and other behavioral challenges. Audrey works to help patients develop emotional and behavioral regulation, expand emotional vocabulary, and strengthen communication skills. Audrey brings experience providing individual and group counseling and crisis intervention to children and adolescents in the school setting. Audrey offers a safe and comfortable environment for clients to express their wants, needs, and emotions ensuring they develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength.
