Dr. Austin deserves more than five stars. He truly listens. I came in with severe sciatic pain and explained my history, what hadn’t worked, and what had helped me before. He took my pain seriously and created a treatment plan basShow moreed on what I told him. He also gave me a clear next step: if I’m not significantly better within a week, come back for imaging. He is compassionate, attentive, thorough, and makes me feel heard and cared for. This is why I continue to trust Dr. Austin with my care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

it is always a good visit with Austin Gipson. He asks what the problem is and then listens. Asks questions and listens. Then he usually has a diagnosis and when he tells you, he will listen is you have any thing to say . He is always open to suggestions.

Austin was one of the best providers I've ever visited. I truly appreciated him asking for my opinion each time he gave input. As always, listened to my health concerns, did a thorough examination, correctly diagnosed my torn rotator cuff, ordered a MRI which confirmed the diagnosis, and made the appropriate referrals.
I love his bedside manners, and the whole staff is great and polite.
