Let me start with the good. Dr. Grunspan is very caring and truly concerned with my health. His staff are some of the most professional medical care folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their office is clean and wellShow more maintained. Over all I’m most satisfied with the care. Now, to the problems. First, the current requirements of doing ALL communication via on-line ONLY is not working. Is very frustrating just trying to fill out patient medical background information when the “system” does not allow input. Next—EVERY phone number listed is either a non-working number or is a fax machine. I’m sorry to say that the only reason I will remind—is the top quality professional service provided by Dr. Grunspan and his staff. Please think of customer service many of your patients are old and do not grasp electronic computer only communication. Phones and people make our world work.
Dr. Grunspan is easy to talk to and as a person who has been to many doctors the last five or so years for various things, I can say he is also a doctor who makes you feel that he actually cares and that he’ll try to better your hShow moreealth, even if he has limited time. Sleep has been one of my most confounding issues and since it’s the root of all restoration I am looking forward to a time where he and I can together solve the puzzle of my sleep. I only wish, on one hand, that he wasn’t a specialist because then I would surely make him my primary care and solve the other health puzzles for wellness sooo much easier! Thank you Dr. Grunspan for your work, and most of all your demeanor when working with us patients.
